At what grade level in the literature guides are things like literary terms, parts of a story, etc introduced? My kids are 16, 14 and 11 and have never really done literature guides. We have been homeschooling for 11 years. I have always used a hodge podge of curriculum. The problem with that is that we haven't been real consistent. I love the Charlotte Mason approach, but I see where using that alone is not feasible for my family.
