I highly recommend Strickland for TFL and 4FL but only her 4FL meets 2x per week. My daughter is currently enrolled in this class and I cannot say enough good things about it.

Question about Speed Drills for pre-algebra
The curriculum manual lists speed drills for pre-algebra but I don't see which specific speed drills are assigned. Any ideas where I can find this information? Thanks

I have spent the last few weeks following Sarah's advice and here are a few of the top video resources that make MP stand out as a superior publisher and curator of classical curriculum. I plan to start combing through the archive of articles next. I'm enjoying this journey and it's making me even more...

Tanya,
Thanks so much for your response; it is exactly what I am looking for! I have used MP exclusively for 7 years and cannot imagine using anything else! We use to live close to the Crescent Hill HLS campus, and we had planned to send our kids there but ended up moving to another state....

I'm looking for a resource (video or article) on why someone would choose Memoria Press or a Highlands Latin cottage school verses a competing Classical Christian homeschool curriculum or similar cottage school setting. How does Memoria Press differentiate itself from other Classical Christian curriculum?...

First Form Greek for rising 7th grader (accelerated track).
I'm wondering if anyone can offer insight for MPOA First Form Greek. My 6A student is working thought the Greek Alphabet using MP's curriculum. She has expressed interest in taking First Form Greek online. I see that the recommended age is 8-12th grade. Maybe I'm just overthinking this but I'm worried...

I just finished the Adult SFL class with Magistra Strickland and I can not say enough good things about the class and Susan. I looked forward to class every week and found Susan to be so encouraging. It was definitely hard to keep on top of it but well worth the effort. The most helpful thing is to...

What does Highlands Latin School Louisville do for 7th grade science?
I checked HLS Louisville's website for the full-time school and there is nothing listed for 7th grade science. It says Trees in 6th and Physical Science in 8th. Do they skip a year of science in 7th? If not, what is the course?
Thanks.
