Hi Amanda. The author intentionally chose to write that vocabulary section in a different context than LWW so that students could be tested based on their understanding of the definition regardless of context. Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

The changes you are seeing simply happened because the previous titles went out of print. We were able to pick those replacement titles, but have not yet reprinted the guides to list those new titles. Sorry for the confusion there. Let us know if we can help you with anything...
