We buy our Hebrew Curriculum through Behrman House. They have everything from primer (alphabet ) to high school. They also have Biblical Hebrew (which will include the traditional Jewish prayers, etc.) and modern Hebrew, which is what is spoken today.

I photocopied the overheads on cardstock and then put them in page protectors. We use a white board marker to draw the stars and then just wipe it off for the next day. Just another idea.
