I have one win so far- G finished his math book without copying a single problem! He has been working on it since August. It’s not an MP choice, but he did it and started the next level right away happily.

FYI, I laminated the manners charts back to back and had all of it spiral bound into a book. M likes to just flip through and “read” them. I posted the 2 small ones with all the manners on our wall.

Out of curiosity, is the Charter side updated at the same time as the Christian side? I’m only asking because I prefer the EPS readers over the ALS ones.

I use our small 2x3 as a bulletin board with OXO magnetic clips to hold stuff on. The big one is for teaching.

I just saw this! Will it be replacing the Core Skills wkbks in Kinder? (Please say yes.) It looks to be a more advanced version of the Alphabet books we loved. Is this an erroneous assumption?

When will the K plans be updated to reflect the change? Are any more updates/changes planned for...

Not with MP, but my oldest boys made index cards with the date, event, and a picture underneath. These were taped to the wall in time order then I made them into a book once the curriculum was done. It was one of their favorite things we did.

I have been using Saxon and Apologia with mine after disastrous attempts at VT and Novare. I think there are many ways to reach the end goal. Pick the path that works for your kiddo and have a good run.
