Composition
In the accelerated 7th grade curriculum guide, the first 6 weeks of composition lessons are from books we don't have. How would you recommend we do these lessons?

Summer reading?
Which volume of Story of the World should students finishing the 5th grade (the accelerated?) curriculum read? I want to make sure that we read the right one.

4th grade grammar
In the curriculum guide for 4th grade, lessons mention R&S English 4. This is not a book that comes with the package. Is this something optional or was it supposed to come with the package?
Thanks.
