    Plenaries- Virtual

Maybe I misunderstood when registering, are virtual participants able to watch the Solditas Plenaries? If so has anyone figured out where to go to watch them? I see the specific tracks but not the everybody ones.

They were not originally planning to have sodalitas plenaries live but are adjusting and we should have live access this afternoon.

This can’t be true because in the thread about plenaries Carrie said that they were always included in the Sodalitas registration, but were extra if you wanted teacher training plenaries. Obviously, there was confusion among MP people. I heard this said and was glad to realize that I hadn’t totally lost my mind because I would have sworn that plenaries were included. The links are up now.

From what Paul said in the help desk this morning, they had planned to only have the plenaries available in the recorded files, but not offer then live for virtual attendees. So their plan was to only have virtual attendees in the breakout sessions but with no access to live plenaries. Those virtual attendees could then watch the plenaries later when the recordings came out. This was not what customers expected, so the always wonderful MP team actually quickly got the plenaries up live. Kudos to Paul for handling the help desk full of disappointed customers and to the tech team for their rapid adjustments.

Glad I'm not crazy and thank you for all the last minute scrambling you did to get them up. I really enjoyed Ben Franklin and am looking forward to tomorrow!
