    A Little Latin Humor

My daughter had been sick for nearly a week, but she seemed perkier today. I asked if she was ready to tackle some make-up Latin lessons.

She thought for a minute and shook her head. "No," she said.

Then with a twinkle in her eye, she smiled and added, "I think I need to decline."

This made me laugh out loud! She must feel better to be so witty. That is good news.

Poor dear. We're praying we stay healthy enough to get a flu shot this year.

            Nice pun of hers!

That’s way too cute, but so very Michelle-like, based on my few experiences around her. She’s just so cute, charming, articulate, and funny. So I can image her doing this, Cheryl, which makes it more fun to read this!
