    Looking for a special needs classical ed community

    Hi! I am curious if anyone is in the Columbia, SC area and is part of a group? My son has made wonderful progress with homeschooling, but we need a community of which to be a part. Thank you!

    You might start one! Sometimes just one other family will feel like "community" if you're otherwise isolated.

    One of our Simply Classical homeschoolers started a group with her son and a handful of nearby children with special needs. They worked through Myself & Others, a Simply Classical resource, among other things.

    You could try posting the same question on the Simply Classical Families FB group.

    We plan to be at the Greenville GHC so if you come to our Simply Classical sessions for special needs, you might meet an interested homeschooler or two!
