Does the MPA Diploma have a class rank? If a student joins in 10th grade, would Logic and Classical Studies 1 on Self-paced be accepted? Thank you.

My son started in 9th, but the CS 1 & 2 that he did on his own prior to high school counted for the curricular requirement, but no credits were given. If these classes were taken in high school, that might change the answer. It is best to ask "the office."

Hello! The Academy does not rank diploma students. However, when a scholarship or university application requires a class ranking, we are happy to calculate the student's approximate rank and report it.

Regarding self-paced courses, if your student takes Classical Studies I self-paced over the course of one year during high school, it can count as 1.0 high school credit. Likewise, if your student takes a self-paced Logic course over the course of one semester during high school, it can count for 0.5 high school credits.
