I’m pretty sure I remember being able to view sample classes last year so we could see how academy classes are set up. I didn’t find any sample classes on the website now. Am I remembering wrong? Do you intend to have sample classes so new families can watch and see if it might be a good fit?

Is it gone? This is annoying, and I had just suggested that they should actually expand the preview list! I meant to watch one of them before deciding on a specific class this year, and now I see I should have done it last week. To be perfectly frank, such a big change in the middle of the school year, and at the time parents make decisions regarding next year, I think this is too much all at once, current parents were not even given any heads up, we only knew they were working on the new schedule. I wish MPOA understood that at least some of us view it as an integral part of our kids' education, as if it was a real school, not a website where we buy something that just happens to be a class.DS (17)

They’re on the description pages for the individual courses. Like before though, not all of them have a sample.Jennifer

Are you referring to a different page? It feels like info that used to be there is not in the new website, like that long list of FAQs under the old For Parents section. For instance, that's where parents were told that you could try a class for 2 sessions, then withdraw with a partial penalty. Is that policy gone or is it still in place?
It would be nice to have the FAQ’s back. Perhaps those are coming in a second phase rollout? It’s common to rollout big changes in phases when development is on a time crunch. The most critical items first (schedule and registrations) and support content second.Jennifer
