Christmas Gift idea -3rd grade

My son is starting lesson 30 in the 3rd grade cursive book. Instead of digging out a separate sheet of paper I decided to order some white hardcover journals from Amazon that are sold for abc books (14 pages-28 front and back) so he could write and illustrate the verses and give it to his grandmother for a present. He even decided that he would do it twice so he could give one to each of his grandmothers. I liked the idea of combining schoolwork and gift giving. Just thought I would share as an idea for those grandmothers who really don't NEED anything.

I have never done an Amazon link in the forum. I don't really know how to check it until I submit this post. My apologies in advance. The item title is studio series blank book. I haven't received it yet, but it is 14 pages (28 front and back sides) with a white cover that can be decorated and is about 8 1/2 x 11. There were smaller ones, but my son wanted room to illustrate.

Those do look very nice...especially the books with printed designs on the covers. Short of having a classroom, I am not sure how I would ever get the free shipping. I am certainly spoiled by Amazon prime.
