    Pronunciation

    I read an article in The Classical Teacher magazine about which pronunciation to use, Ecclesiastical or Reformed Classical. I am thinking of purchasing Prima Latina and then later Latina Christiana, and I see where it says that the programs teach Christian Latin. I have had no exposure to Latin so I am not sure if Christian Latin is Ecclesiastical or Reformed Classical, or something else. Also, which one is better? Can someone explain this to me please?

    Thank you,
    Kim

    Although I am still in the "shopping" phase and not used this curriculum yet, I am pretty sure that Prima Latina and Latina Christiana are both ecclesiatical pronunciation.

    Here's a chart to show you the differences:

    Hope this helps!

      Ecclesiastical = Christian Pronunciation

      That is correct: Ecclesiastical = Christian Pronunciation
