Yes, they have replaced for free many beta books for me. Betas have plastic comb binding and regular card stock type covers. Final versions are either perfect bound (like a pPerbackbook) with shiney cover or wire spiral bound with shiney cover. Customer service at MP rocks!!!

Holly,
I think I have the same two you are describing and yes, those were betas. When you email, just include the exact name of the product and the publication date from the inside front cover. You could also attach a quick photo for them if you want to be doubly sure.
HTH!

Thank you. If the books are spiral bound (excepting the syllabi) is that how you identify them as beta versions.
Thanks
Holly

Beta copies of teacher manuals
Hi,
I was finishing writing my lessons plans for my 3-4 graders today and I realized that I have a few beta teacher manual's from 2-3 years ago, the last time I did those grades. The early elementary poetry teacher manual for grades 3-6 does not have the tests or quizzes that are mentioned in the lesson plans. Also my copy of the teacher's manual for the third grade English/comp program is for one book not two seperate books and I noticed that other things were added to the program. Do I have to rebuy teacher manual's that were beta, do I get a discount?
Thanks,
