Pre-Conference Latin Workshops

I just signed up for the First Form workshop! Would it be helpful to have my course materials on hand for this session or will sufficient materials be provided in the class? I am not planning to have purchased my fall curriculum by that date but could order it separately if it will help. Additionally, is lunch provided or will we break and grab something out?
