    Kindergarten Enrichment Read Aloud Books

I am wondering if the books in the Kindergarten Read Aloud/Enrichment book would make suitable independent reads for a first or second grader?

    kindergarten read aloud

My seven year old pulls out the kindergarten read aloud books to read independently for fun all the time, especially "How to Make a Pie and See the World," and "The Seven Silly Eaters."

Absolutely! We put the K read-alouds into our 1st grade classrooms, 1st read-alouds into our 2nd grade classrooms, etc. The students love revisiting these books when they can read them independently.
