Doesn't look like this one has been asked yet, so thought I would get the requests started. I think I read a couple years back that new TS years would be released every other year, so I am thinking 2025. But in my mind, I am also thinking we have a year of using it in the classroom and if all goes well, it would be released to print. Maybe it is being done in the classroom now and will be released next year??!!!

From your fingertips to tanya's simple apprehension. (Logic terminology, you are not simple nor have you been apprehended that I know of, tanya).

We are beta-testing TS V in the classroom now, and with the feedback we've received, we expect to have it available in Fall 2024. Thanks!

Beorn! What the heck? How about you work your way back down to your children's level when conversing with me because that's where I live ...

        Logic - not my thing.

I am thrilled to hear about TS V coming out so soon!!

The kids and I are currently taking bets on what the next animal will be. Popular opinion seems divided between lion and elephant. I liked the idea of a peacock, but that idea was callously dismissed by everyone else.

          2022-2023:

          DS - 3rd
          DD - 1st
DD - Head of the Distractions Department
DS - Chief Crayon Feeder to the dog

Ooooo, good question. Our vote is elephant. Our kids love the animals. It's amazing how much the cover helps in identifying the book I need one of my kids to find. "Buddy, I need the owl book with the white cover with the white coil. Good job, buddy, that's the one!" Though honestly, MP could put the M*ch*gan Wolver*nes football team on the cover and this Buckeye would still buy TS V without even blinking.

I can confirm the animal if you are finished guessing. Any more guesses before I drop the answer?

Mine are guessing polar bear or rhino. They said elephant or lion would be their guess for the last book.

Shhhhh, don't ever say "last book" again. We need the Traditional Spelling train to keep chugging along through at least TS XII. Choo Choo 🚆 🚉 🚄.

I guess stag. Or eagle. Something that says, “I’m in fifth grade now, and my mom needs an animal that is harder to anthropomorphize so she figures out I’m growing up.”

Ohh--- I guess something from Greek Mythology like a chimera! But an elephant or a leopard are my guesses.
