Why is the "t" in the spelling word "untie" marked as a consonant team? The Colorful Letters Key in the back has it in blue. What am I missing?

Yes, that’s where I post corrections. I thought this particular question was better here because I wasn’t sure it was a mistake, but rather that there was a legitimate reason for the letter to be marked that way.
