    Cardstock and Colors for Flashcards

Is there a certain package of cardstock that is recommended for printing the flashcards on? Are there specific colors assigned to certain subjects?

I just used a different color for each different subject. I did laminate them as well.

I get the heavy duty white (lined) ones from Office Max. My kids cannot stand seeing the answer on the other side, and most everything else is see-through. We mainly use them for lit guide vocabulary. We just finished Insects (and had made our own), but now they offer these, too!
