    Nancy,

Our Christian Studies I-III series is considered a 3 year course and the Intro. to Classical St. can be completed in a year. But I do have customers who are using the Intro. to Classical St. for Famous Men of Rome and D'Aulaires' Greek Myths and doing one of the study guides for Christian Studies rather than doing the Bible portions of the Intro. course. The advantage to this is that it gives you a more comprehensive study of the Bible since it is spread over 3 years and has a separate study guide which requires more written work. The Christian Studies guides are broken up so that guide 1 is the first 5 books of the Bible, 2 is the rest of the OT, and 3 is the NT.

Let me know if you have any more questions, and I'll be glad to help you.

    Regards,

    Tanya

    Into to Classical w/Christian Studies

I was planning to use Christian Studies program with my 2nd 3rd and 5th graders this year. I was having a hard time deciding if my 5th grader woiuld join us or do FMoR. Then my sister pointed out Introduction to Classical Studies. My question is do the chapters in the bible section of Classical Studies line up with the schedule of chapters in Christian Studies, If so, I think we could have the best of both worlds. Thanks, Nancy

I wish there was more of a description of the Intro to Classical Studies course.
