    Request for Latin Recitation Handbook

In a future printing, would it be possible to include the assigned grammar questions and vocabulary drills? I'm currently writing them in so I only have to turn to the Recitation Handbook to know what to do; it really streamlines things!

So, uh, how long will that take? ;-) I'm hoping to order a core with First Form in the next 2 months, and the Latin Grammar Recitation is included in the package. Can I ask that the LGR book be held back until the new one is printed?

Oh, it could be years! Don't hold back for it. The help that the LGR can give you with your recitations is well worth it all by itself. You can just have the grammar questions and the vocab drill sheets in sheet protectors with your LGR book and flashcards and be okay. Actually, I don't think that the vocab drill sheets are scheduled in FFL recitation, so you won't have to worry about those. But you will need the grammar questions.

Sorry I can't meet your every need immediately! We are always a work in progress, two steps behind!

It's really not a big deal to write them in and it's totally worth the saved brain-power Once it's written in, all I need is the LGR Handbook, the week's cards, and my student's workbook and we're set. I've started doing the grammar questions/vocab drills with his workbook so I can mark the items he needs to review during his independent work.

I'd love in LC to have some sort of Grammar Recitation as well! (even just at the back!) I know some of the questions are woven into the 3rd grad Recitation, but I'd love to be able to just flip to the back and review the grammar questions. My son (whom I did not think would even do LC this year - he should be doing Prima, but due to family circumstances it was better to have in LC. I thought "if he just learns some vocabulary this year, he can do the whole thing the following year). However, he is GETTING it. But, because the grammar, in general is very new to him..questions like "a ___ replaces the noun" were becoming difficult. I started just going back to the first lesson and asking all the grammar questions daily and now he is GETTING it! I'm amazed!! However, it would be nice to have a little list to go right down. Am I missing it somewhere?
