  • 4th for new users- read alouds

Looking at week 1 for 4th grade, it says we should be reading “The Reluctant Dragon.” Is this something that should have come with my books or do I need to look to buy/ borrow from the library?

I think I saw you got an answer on FB, but wanted to answer here in case someone lurking was reading!

The read alouds are sold separately, as some people can check them out from the library or find other means of acquiring them.

We’re near Memphis. It seems there are practically no MP users in this part of the state. Are you in TN too?

Near MEMPHIS??? Argh!!! Dagnabbit. We have been in Hernando for the past year - and had a tough time meeting folks.

But our movers come tomorrow 🤨. We are heading up north to Illinois. Too bad we did not connect sooner!

I checked the MP Communities map and found pins near Atoka, Arlington, and Bolivar, TN, and near North Tunica, MS. Those may all be too far, but I thought I'd point them out. Also, if one of those pins isn't you, consider joining! Maybe you'll inspire others in Memphis to also join and connect with you and each other

That’s true...I had a pin in, and only pulled it when our move started moving ahead. Going to repin as soon as we land in our new spot. Definitely a good thing to do!
