You are correct, lumen got switched to lex in the exam but its answers didn't! We have it marked for amendment in the next reprint.

Grading my student’s First Form Latin final exam, and it looks like the declension for lex on pg 5 is incorrect. It switches from lex to luminis. Thanks!
