Actually, the subject line kind of says it all!

My son is planning on doing both History of the Early Church and Wars of the Jews this year. Which one should we do first, please?

Hello.

History of the Early Church is a year-long course by itself, and it actually begins with a summary of Wars of the Jews. So unless you are really interested in Wars of the Jews, you could skip it or just read it as a supplement as you begin History of the Early Church. Be prepared though. It's quite graphic and has quite a bit of violence.
